Brady didn’t plan on becoming a Florida Keys captain—but one look at the water changed everything.
Originally from Maryland, he moved to the Keys on a whim and never left. Starting as a mate alongside his best friend, he learned the waters day by day, building the passion and drive to captain his own boat.
After years of running charters and mastering the reefs, sandbars, and hidden spots of the Keys, that vision became reality with Salty Sailor Island Tours in Islamorada.

Our Boat Dog
Every great charter has a story behind the name. Ours has four paws, a life jacket, and a serious love for the open water.
Sailor is Brady's boat dog — a Keys original who grew up right here in Islamorada and has been along for every single adventure since day one. She loves the water, she loves the boat, and she has absolutely zero interest in ever going back to land.
When it came time to name the charter, it wasn't even a question. Salty Sailor — named for the dog who made our love for the water even stronger 🐾
